The random geek stabbing isn't the only violent intrigue to emerge from the just-concluded Comic Con 2010: It's the new Showtime trailer for Dexter Season 5! ---
At the end of last season, Dexter had found wife Rita murdered by the Trinity Killer, whom Dex had just killed and dumped in the ocean--so much for that second honeymoon. Naturally, Dexter is Suspect No. 1 for Rita's demise, and now he's a single father who'll have to raise the kids with the help of his sister Deb. No need for a Big Bad villain this season; all of that is scary enough.
Season 5 of Dexter premieres Sunday, Sept. 26 on Showtime.
