Scorpions tix winner!

City Weekly had two tix to the Scorpions farewell tour stop in Utah. Dozens of fans responded and we've picked a winner.---

Congratulations to Erin Michael Finney, whose favorite song is "Pictured Life" from the Scorps' Virgin Killers album. We drew his name randomly from the 10 best answers we got to the question, "What is your favorite Scorpions song, and why?"

"I used to listen to this when I was a young teenager," Finney wrote on his entry email. "I started with the Blackout album and went backwards, eventually getting their whole back catalog on tape or LP. "Pictured Life" seems to have that same intensity as "No One Like You" that the band seemed to gradually lose as the eighties moved from heavy metal to hair metal. It's a classic, under appreciated (at least in the states) track The Scorpions played at Wacken Open Air Festival 2006, joined by original guitar player Uli Roth."
