This week's CW cover story on concerns over the criminal justice system in Utah County's Saratoga Springs may have sparked a backlash according to people who were profiled in it.---

 The Alexander family, who complained in Neighborhood Watched about police harassment, say they found a dead fish on their front lawn earlier this week.

Initially Dave Alexander had assumed the fish was dropped by chance on his grass by a passing cat. But then the Alexanders' learned that Craig Wayman,  who alleges a local police officer, prosecutor and judge violated his civil rights, had also discovered something odd on his mother's property. Wayman says the day the story came out, he found a two-inch rock on top of the cab of his service truck and the windscreen shattered.

"Things are getting a little heated," Wayman says. "But I'll sacrifice a windshield any day of the week to get the story out."

Wayman says he and other Saratoga citizens concerned about criminal justice in the town are planning a rally on March 12 at the 'four corners' center of the town.
