The May update of City Weekly’s database of Utah doctors’ discipline records finds one MD who just no longer wants to comply with probation.---

As per a May 17, 2011 order, Dr. Lisa Ann Morgan of Salt Lake City has had her license to practice as a physician/surgeon suspended indefinitely until she decides she’s willing to comply with a February 2, 2011 probation order. In that order, her license to practice and administer controlled substances had been revoked because of “unprofessional and unlawful conduct as the result of her addiction/abuse problem.”
