Glad You Asked: Trailblazers, Aces and Bocce Ball

Dear GYA, You heard we made the playoffs, right? Man, it was a battle, but my fist pumps were on point and I was gettin' extra creative with the spontaneous dance moves.---The Phoenix Gorilla was giving me trouble, but I think everything came together in the 4th when I rode a sled down the arena steps. Anyways, I'm gonna be looking to celebrate tonight -- any suggestions? - Jazz Bear

Jazz Bear, you gotta take it one game at a time. The season's not over, and as you know, you and the Jazz are taking on the Portland Trailblazers tonight at 7 p.m. Right now, the Jazz are guaranteed at least an 8th spot in the playoffs against the San Antonio Spurs. However, a win tonight would put them in a 7th seed against the Thunder. Go Jazz!

Tonight at the Spring Mobile Ballpark, the Salt Lake City Bees will be taking on the Reno Aces at 6:35 p.m. Even if you're not a huge baseball fan, you should at least be a fan of Thirsty Thursdays, where all drinks are $2.75! With enough beer you can cheer on just about anything.

Speaking of beer and sports, today is the first day to register for the Beehive Sports and Social Club. This year, the Beehive SSC will be offering various adult leagues including kickball, bocce, ultimate frisbee and dunkball. If you and your squad sign up in the next three days, you'll get $10 off registration. Hurry -- these leagues fill up fast.

Other worthwhile events tonight:

- Check out the Chronicles of Narnia at the Dansante Building tonight in Logan. Show times are 5:30 and 8 p.m.

- The Kayo Gallery will be hosting the Bad Art exhibit all day today.

- Geeks Who Drink pub trivia tonight at Lumpy's Downtown, beginning at 8 p.m.
