Dear GYA, I did everything you suggested yesterday and I gotta say, your picks were pretty tight. A few things were just sorta tight, but I'd say overall, yesterday's GYA was at least 65 percent tight. Is there anything happening that has a 100 percent chance of tight? - Blake Fererea, West Valley City---

Blake, Not everything can be tight. Remember, tight is subjective: One man's tight may not be another's tight. Here are the best options for today:

DJ and producer The Polish Ambassador will be at Urban Lounge this evening. Local support from Hot Noise, Robo-Clip and Crisis. The show starts at 9. Tickets are $15 in advance.

Experimental indie-pop group Parenthetical Girls will be at Kilby Court. Merchandise and Wet Hair are also on the bill. The show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $8.

Metro Bar will be hosting Project SLC's fundrasier for public school art programs tonight. There's a $5 cover. Oh, Be Clever and DJ Lishus will be providing the tunes. The party starts at 9.
