The Salt Lake City Council is looking to lay some more tracks for the Sugar House Streetcar, and at the council meeting Tuesday they will be looking for some public guidance on the next phase of the project.---

The hearing will be held at 7 p.m., but starting at 6 p.m. the third floor of the Salt Lake City & County building will be filled with displays about possible routes the council could choose to finance. Currently, construction in the sugarhood will stop at about 1040 East and 2225 South.

For more information, you can check out the project website here. For one councilman’s opinion, you can check out a post by East Bench-serving councilman Charlie Luke here. Check out the meeting, Tuesday, April 23, 7 p.m. at the Salt Lake City & County Building, 451 S. State
