On Tuesday, April 8th, Boulevard Bistro will host a five-course wine pairing dinner featuring wines from Australia. --- The tentative courses and wine pairings are as follows:
Beef carpaccio with cannellini beans, capers, Avocado Green Goddess, arugula and pistachio pistou + Peter Lehmann Layers White, 2010
Sweet spring pea soup with goat cheese crumbles and brioche croutons + Taltarni Tache Brut, 2010
Morel mushroom ravioli with sundried tomato sauce + Plantagenet Omrah Pinot Noir, 2011
Striped marlin with pearl cous cous, jumbo asparagus and citrus buerre blanc + Kilkanoon Mort's Block Dry Riesling, 2012
Oaty rhubarb streusel with gelato + Chambers Rosewood Muscat
Dinner begins at 7 PM and the cost is $65 per person for the food and wine pairings, tax and gratuity not included.
