Dear GYA, Every year at this time, I sit at my desk, blast some MGMT, put on a ceremonial Native American headdress, unbutton my white collared shirt to slightly expose an Aztec print tank top and spend the first hour of my work day reading updates about Coachella. The Utah Jazz will be taking on the Los Angeles Lakers tonight at EnergySolutions Arena. Tip-off is at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $7.75.
Local garage rock band Active Strand will be at Kilby Court this evening. Ocean Commotion and John Lane are also on the bill. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $7.
Devils Daughter will be hosting the popular pub trivia game Geeks Who Drink tonight at 8 p.m. Admission is free!
