Dear GYA, You may have heard that I agreed to a max deal with the Charlotte Hornets and to be honest, I couldn't be more excited! I'm really looking forward to fulfilling the role of a mediocre player and making vast sums of money on another losing team. Anything happening today better than not playing for the Jazz? - Gordon Hayward

Gordon, you get it boy! Here's what's happening today:

Ms. Lauryn Hill, known for appearance in the film Sister Act 2, will performing at Twilight Concert Series tonight. Thundercat will warm it up. The show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $5.

After Twilight, head over to Urban Lounge for a night of funk and soul music with DJ Feral Cat spinning on all 45s. There's a $3 cover. The music starts at 8 p.m.

Up in Park City, Andy Fresco and The UN will be at the Newpark Town Center. The show is free. Admission is free!
