Dear GYA, It's Steampunk Night at Metro Bar, do you know where your gas mask is? When's the last time you looked for your modified elephant gun? How about your monocle and top hat? Do you even own a homemade jet-pack with boosters, engraved tubing, gauges and a fixed-tooth cog propeller?! Get it together, chap.- Prof. Cornelius P. Waddleton, Murray

Cornelius, thanks for the heads up. You can never be too prepared for a Steampunk Night. Here's the details:

Metro Bar will indeed be hosting Steampunk Night this evening. Expect plenty of costumes, electro-swing, gypsy music and more. Admission is free. The party starts at 9 p.m.

A couple other options for tonight:

Alt-country band Rose's Pawn Shop will be at Kilby Court tonight. Cory Mon and Six Feet in the Pine are also on the bill. The show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $8.

Tonight, City Weekly, True TV  and Brewvies will be showing the latest episode of Sons of Anarchy for free on the big screen. The show starts at 8 p.m. Admission is free!
