Ever since then, I've gotten many requests for the recipe each year as Turkey Day approaches. And so, once again, I share this can't-fail recipe with you, accompanied by a wine-soaked how-to video.
The feedback I've gotten on this turkey recipe and technique—where the turkey is initially cooked upside-down and then flipped—has been incredibly rewarding.
