On Wednesday, July 29th, sommelier Louis Koppel and owner Fred Moesinger will host a "Sommelier Selections" wine tasting dinner at BTG, Wine Bar
with food prepared by Chef de Cuisine Justin Gomes.
The wine pairings will include:
Lorenza, Rosé, California, 2014
Campovida, Campo di Bianca, Mendocino 2013
Hecht & Bannier, Faugères, France 2010
Broadbent, 10 Years Old Verdelho Madeira
Reservations for the dinner are available for seatings between 6-9 PM, at your leisure, and can be made by calling 801-359-2814.
The cost per person is $32 for food and $33 for the optional wine pairings.
