On Wednesday, February 17th beginning promptly at 6:30 PM, BTG Wine Bar will host an evening featuring the Wagner Family of wines.
The wines and tasting menu are as follows:
Conundrum White, 25th Anniversary, California 2012 and Gambas al Ajillo
Mer Soleil, Chardonnay Reserve, Santa Barbara, 2012 with Brown Butter Risotto, Grilled Butternut Squash, Crispy Shallots
Emmolo, Merlot, Napa Valley, 2012 with Duck Confit Cassoulet, Fig Gravy
Caymus, Red Schooner, Voyage 2, Malbec, Mendoza/Napa and Grilled Beef Chimichurri, Black Pepper Asiago, Crispy Potatoes
Conundrum, Red, California, 2013 and dessert of Dark Chocolate Mousse Espresso, Creme Anglaise, Toasted Chopped Almonds
In attendance for the evening will be Mike Gioia from Caymus Vineyards and the Wagner Family of Wines and Francis Fecteau of Libations, Inc.
The cost for the Wagner wine dinner is $40 for wine (optional) and $30 for food.
