Rapper, Public Enemy, TV and movie star Flavor Flav has opened his own fried chicken eatery, right next door to a KFC in Clinton, Iowa. --- The Clinton Herald reports, however, that the new FFC (Flav's Fried Chicken) has had zero effect on KFC's business.

Said Flav about his chicken, "The taste will blow up your taste buds. You'll have fireworks in there!"

Responding to criticism of Flav for selling fried chicken to a largely African-American clientele, Chuck D. said via Twitter, "He does groundbreaking shit in South Africa, etc tour 76 countries and press rather pay attention to asking me about Flavs chicken WTF? I give FLAV credit I rather him sell something most people EAT ..like why does Popeye Bojangles and The Colonel get automatic blackfolk?"
