Even in the height of the holiday rush, there’s still time to plan a quick travel getaway to Park City. The fat man in a red suit, who is very busy this time of year, is planning his own little ski getaway to the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort. ---

On Dec. 15 and 24, you can see Santa himself at Park City Mountain Resort. On Dec. 15, he'll be coming down the mountain into Main Street on the resort's lift, at which point he will be available for present requests from all good girls and boys. There will also be free hot chocolate and cookies for everyone on the Nice List.

Santa will return on the Christmas Eve for the Resort's 49th annual Torchlight Parade, where he and the resort's ski and snowboard instructors will ride down the resort's PayDay run in a light procession. Afterward, Santa will be available again for photos. Don't forget to look out for Santa while you're out skiing or snowboarding that day, as he will be hitting the slopes prior to delivering presents. Additionally, Park City Mountain Resort begins night service on the Christmas, continuing into March.
