Last Man Standing (ABC) One-Hour Season Premiere: How is Tim Allen’s craptastic Last Man Standing now entering Season 4, while far superior ABC comedies like Happy Endings, Don’t Trust the B in Apt. 23, Suburgatory and Cougar Town—hell, even Super Fun Night—are long dead and canceled? A binding deal with Satan/Mickey Mouse, most likely.
