Dear GYA, As a long time Juggalo, I would just like to remind anyone that's planning to go out to Shockfest this evening to always BYOF. That's right, bring your own Faygo, ninjas. There's nothing worse than not having a bottle of Rock & Rye handy when you hear the lines, "We're the JJ Boys on the microphone stand, and we're kickin' it live with a Faygo in our hand." Seriously, I'm sick of being the only ninja that remembers to bring his Faygo. - Psycho Phil, Murray

Psycho Phil, I couldn't agree more. A little common decency will go a long way, especially at a Juggalo show. Here's the details for tonight:

Out at the Great Saltair, Shockfest will be going down featuring music by Insane Clown Posse, Mushroomhead, Da Mafia 6ix, Madchild and Jellyroll. The show starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $38.

A few other options for tonight:

Indie rock band Delta Spirit, whose music you may have heard on season 3 of Walking Dead, will be at Urban Lounge tonight. Sacco is also on the bill. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $18.

Folk singer and Grammy award-winning artist Patty Griffin will be on stage at The Depot. John Fullbright is also performing. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $25.

The Safe in Sound Festival will bring a full night of EDM to The Complex tonight with music by Destroid, Doctor P, Excision (Solo Set), Caked Up, Terravita and more. The show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $40.
