Next Wednesday, January 28th,
BTG Wine Bar will host a wine pairing dinner featuring four food courses and five wines - all variants of the noble Pinot grape.

Blini with house-smoked king salmon, pickled beets & creme fraiche + Soter Mineral Springs Brut Rose, Eola-Amity, Oregon 2010
Sous-vide chicken drumstick with smoked paprika, citrus, honey & pepper over fresh greens with honey-Dijon vinaigrette and crispy pancetta + Schlumberger Les Princes Abbes Pinot Gris, Alsace, France, 2012
Pork tenderloin stuffed with caramelized fennel & onion served with wild mushroom & lentils + A duo of Faiveley, Clos des Myglands Premier Cru, Burgundy 2011 and choice of Brewer-Clifton, Santa Rita Hills, Pinot Noir 2013 or Wine Racer, Anderson Valley Pinot Noir 2012
Wine-poached pear with blue cheese and candied pecan + Robert Sinskey, Late Harvest Pinot Gris, Carneros, 2012
The "all things Pinot" dinner begins at 7:00 PM with a cost of $60 per person.
